We are a small, family owned farm on the Waugh's River in Tatamagouche. We are passionate about growing healthy, fresh food for our family and community. Our focus is on soil health, sustainability and environmental care. Our goal is to contribute to a quality food supply year round by producing ferments, preserves, shoots, summer vegetables and winter greens. Our produce and soil is fed by compost and has never received chemical inputs during the decade we have been on the property. Our sauerkraut is made from certified organic cabbage and spray free veg, all 100% Nova Scotian.
